关汗青，湖南大学博士，新加坡南洋理工大学博士后，副教授。入选第八届中国科协“青年人才托举工程”，湖南省普通高校青年骨干教师。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、湖南省自然科学基金青年基金等科研项目3项，技术负责国家自然科学基金面上项目和国家重点研发子课题等科研项目3项。在Mechanical System and Signal Processing、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、Journal of Sound and Vibration等国内外权威期刊发表论文16 篇（Top 期刊7 篇），申请/授权国家发明专利11 项，获得2022 年日内瓦国际发明展银奖（排3/共6），获得2020-2023年度湖南省自然科学优秀学术论文二等奖一项，2021-2023年度湘潭市自然科学优秀学术论文二等奖一项、三等奖一项。担任国际权威期刊Nonlinear Dynamics、SAGE Part J: Journal of Engineering Tribology审稿人、湖南省工程热物理学会理事、中国发明协会会员等。
